How much do your signs cost?+
PDX Yard Cards start at $89 for a daily rental. Happy Birthday greetings start at $89, New Baby greetings start at $79, and deluxe birthday greetings are $109.
What’s included with a yard card rental?+
The price includes delivery, setup, and removal of your personalized yard card. Standard $89 greetings include one phrase up to 20 characters, at least two large image signs, and several stars and balloons in your color choice.
What areas do you service?+
PDX Yard Cards serves the Portland metro area. Delivery fees may apply to specified cities and generally to addresses more than 10 miles from Downtown Portland.
When do you deliver and pick up?+
Deliveries begin at 7 PM on the night before the event. Pickups begin at 7 PM on the event night. Timing may vary depending on weather and the delivery schedule.
How does the order process work?+
Submit an order request first. If we can fulfill it, PDX Yard Cards emails a Square invoice. Payment is due upon receipt to hold the date and secure the installation appointment.
What if you’re booked on my date?+
We do our best to accommodate every request, but fulfillment depends on available inventory. Booking at least 48 hours ahead is recommended; last-minute requests depend on inventory.
Are delivery and pickup times flexible?+
We generally follow the standard delivery and pickup windows. During periods of lower demand, a different time may be possible.
Can I request morning delivery?+
Morning delivery by 9 AM may be arranged when requested. Pickup still begins after 7 PM that evening.
